Who needs Thor — We have Loki

This week was a wonderful week. My novel is progressing nicely. I finally finished Henry IV, and most important of all – Thor 2 came out in theaters.

For those that don’t know, I was super excited for the release of Thor 2.  I enjoyed the first one and kept my fingers crossed that they would fix the issues it had. Also, it was being released on my birthday. I guess I considered it a birthday present I could share with everyone. I went to the theater in high hopes and left with a satisfied feeling that I had not received from a movie in a while.

While the entire movie was great, I had a newly formed crush on Tom Hiddleston, Loki. His performance of Hal (Henry V) in The Hollowed Crown was wonderful and made me take a closer look at him as Loki. I thought Loki was an interesting villain in the first movie but now I see just how dynamic and awe inspiring the actor is, I have a new perspective.

Has anyone else gotten a chance to see Thor 2? What did you think?
